My truck was broken into while I stayed overnight at this location. The hotel does not have cameras anywhere in the vicinity. Beware, thieves scout this hotel out. Don't think it can’t happen to you! It happened to me here! At minimum, if you do stay here, take your bags with you. The hotel will not provide security footage!
i called front desk to ask for ice cube trays was told to turn on ice maker. I informed him I didn't have an ice maker in room. He said he would send maintenance to show me how to turn it on. Maintenance man showed up and guess what no ice maker. Absolutely ridiculous that front desk did not believe me there was no ice maker and talk to me like I was dumb. Had to ask staff next morning for ice tray.
Dingy room that smell unclean. The bedside lamp and ice maker do not work. I requested a room not on the highway side but was given one anyway. Everything needs updating in the room including the pilly sheets. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
The Residence Inn Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center was an excellent experience. The suite and staff were excellent. We had a wonderful staycation, thanks to Mr. Dennis at the front desk, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, and our fantastic suite, plus enjoyable strolls to the nearby Washingtonian filled with restaurants, shops, and entertainment—thank you, Mr. Dennis, for making our visit so memorable!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us in finding a room close to the exit, which made it convenient for our dogs to go outside quickly. The entire place was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. The neighborhood is super nice, with plenty of great spots to grab food nearby. Highly recommend!
T.V. hasn't worked for 2 days. Came back to a half cleaned room and the person at the front desk couldn't tell me why the room was only half flipped. Consumables haven't been replaced in 10 days. Complained to the front desk and was told that I wouldn't get a "complete refresh" of my room for another 2 days. I'm sorry that my company paid for this disappointing stay. If I had booked this myself, I would demand a refund. Definitely won't stay here again!

Very disappointed in my stay here. My room did not have hot water and was not told when I checked in. Once I called down do the front desk Amir told me that the hotel was sold out and it was nothing he could do and maintenance is working on the issue. When I asked how long he couldn't tell me. I was infuriated and called corporate because how dare he dismiss me like that. I had to escalate to a supervisor in which Maureen was very helpful. She tried her best to help me. Amir called back and his solution was for me and my child to go to another building and shower. I then asked for the Hotel manager's information and he was kept stalling with giving it to me. Oh and there was hair in both me and my daughters bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well! Update..Freddie at the front desk was also rude. Hung up on me this morning 10/13/24 because how dare I inquire about the hot water issue again.
